About the event
My December retreat at Brushwood comes at the perfect time to get you prepared for the chaos of Christmas.
We carry so much at this time of year, so why not step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in my peaceful Brushwood Retreat. Situated in a tranquil woodland on the Hampshire-Surrey border, the wood-fired sauna and natural pool provide the perfect sacred space to recharge your soul. Enjoy a peaceful guided meditation, group reiki session, breathwork and stretches amongst the trees.
There will be plenty of time for you to make use of the sauna and natural pool, or simply relax in the shepherd's hut by the log fire, with a complimentary cuppa.
I cannot wait for you to join me for this beautiful experience. Places are limited to 8 women only.
A Google Maps location for the address will be sent upon booking, together with…
