As women, we often find ourselves juggling life, motherhood (pets included), and purpose - and somewhere along the way we slip to the bottom of that never-ending 'to-do' list. I know that feeling all too well, which is why I'm so passionate about creating a safe space for busy, overwhelmed women to pause, breathe and reconnect with who they truly are.
If you're feeling drained, stressed, lost or simply craving some sacred 'you time', my services are designed to help you relax, unwind and recharge.
Every session is a chance to switch off from the noise of daily life and switch back to being you - so you can leave feeling lighter, refreshed, re-energised and ready to shine again.
I am a qualified VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Master Teacher.

Reiki
Stressed, anxious or worried, struggling to sleep, need to recharge your soul or just want to relax? Then this is the treatment for you. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of energy healing which is commonly used for stress reduction and relaxation and is known to promote healing. Reiki is given to the client by gently placing the hands on, or slightly above, different positions around the body.

Step away from the chaos of everyday life and gift yourself time to simply be. Whether you join me in the garden for a tranquil mini retreat surrounded by nature, in the studio for a nurturing wellbeing workshop, or at an external venue for an immersive experience, each event is designed to help you slow down, relax deeply, and return to yourself.
Distance Reiki
Can't make an in-person treatment? If you can Zoom/FaceTime/WhatsApp video, then you can have a distance Reiki treatment. It is similar to an in-person treatment, and you will experience the same benefits.

Reiki Level 1 Certification
Learn the healing art of Reiki Level 1 and how it can benefit you. The course is for one day and includes a full consultation, lunch, refreshments and a fully certified Reiki Level 1 Healing Certificate. You will learn how to heal yourself, reduce stress and improve your life by activating the energy you naturally embody. Reiki is an investment in yourself, for yourself. Further Reiki training is available for those wishing to progress.
