As women, we often find ourselves juggling life, motherhood (pets included), and purpose - and somewhere along the way we slip to the bottom of that never-ending 'to-do' list. I know that feeling all too well, which is why I'm so passionate about creating a safe space for busy, overwhelmed women to pause, breathe and reconnect with who they truly are.
If you're feeling drained, stressed, lost or simply craving some sacred 'you time', my services are designed to help you relax, unwind and recharge.
Every session is a chance to switch off from the noise of daily life and switch back to being you - so you can leave feeling lighter, refreshed, re-energised and ready to shine again.
I am a qualified VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage Therapist and Usui Reiki Master Teacher.

Please note, male appointments can only be made by direct referral from a female customer (wife, girlfriend, sister, etc). After the first appointment has taken place, the male will be able to book their own future appointments.
