Step into the healing world of Reiki with this immersive Level 1 Training Day.
A one-day experience which is designed to gently introduce you to the powerful practice of Reiki, supporting you to reconnect with your natural ability to heal, restore balance and reduce stress.
Throughout the day, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement and learn how to:
channel Reiki energy for self-healing;
support emotional and physical wellbeing; and
create calm, balance and grounding in everyday life.
