Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in my peaceful Brushwood Retreat. Situated in a tranquil woodland on the Hampshire-Surrey border, the wood-fired sauna and natural pool provide the perfect sacred space to recharge your soul. Enjoy a peaceful guided meditation, group reiki session, breathwork and stretches amongst the butterflies, dragonflies, flowers and trees. You will also get time to make use of the sauna and natural pool, or just relax on the sun loungers, soaking in the soft sounds of nature and the mini waterfall.
After the event, you are welcome to stay for a complimentary cuppa and enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a little longer down by the shepherd's hut.
