There will be a programme of events for you to enjoy, with activities such as yoga, zumba, individual and group meditation and energy healing, a cacao ceremony, guided and free journaling. Plus you will have the opportunity to explore the hundreds of acres of farm land, cows, horses and even the cheeky colobus monkeys swinging through the trees. Take a moment to pause, breathe and absorb the most breathtaking views of the Rift Valley, or just soak up the beauty that surrounds you.

We will also enjoy a full day in Nakuru National Park, watching some of natures finest animals in action.
